Why Athletes Under Perform their True Potential

First –   Up to 1/2 the muscles involved in sprinting and other sports activities are ignored or remain under-trained in most all athletes of any age or fitness level.

Second – Traditional speed training programs are not fully developing muscles for speed. Do not confuse Strength training with Speed training. Making your muscles stronger is not the same as making your muscles faster and therefore you must train for Speed and Strength separately and differently!
