perfect display? No Is this a stunning, perfect display? No, not really. But it is perfect as a low-cost secondary display for a laptop. I work from home frequently, and my little laptop screen wasn’t cutting it to connect to the bigger dual-monitor display setup I have on my desk at work. Went bad in 1 year We have owned this monitor for one year. Today, lines and distorted images appeared on the screen indicating that it was going bad. Upon calling tech support, they told us there would be a $59.99 Fee for diagnostics. The monitor only cost $99 so, NO we are not going to do that. I think a monitor should last more than 1 year. I do not recommend this product.

Great value and picture (UPDATE: picture didn’t last) Great value for the price. It is quite helpful that you can switch between the VGA and HDMI inputs using either software or the second button on the front right underside next to the power button.
