Customer Video Review Length:: 1:02 Mins We installed two new Floodlight Cams, one over the garage, and one in the backyard. Easy installation into existing Floodlight box. After installation, we had a problem connecting. We just call up support and they walk us through it within minutes. Great compliment to our Ring Video Doorbell Pro. We love it so much, our daughter got one, and we monitor their house too.

First off I will say that during the DAY the camera works just as good as the ring doorbell I actually bought mine from Home Depot. So Ring has some work to do with this product as it was put out into the market too early with some engineering issues. Last night, we had a heavy storm at our second home and the electricity was off for a period of time.
