Went out of the way to help Originally I had given a 2 star review because my GPS unit had stopped working properly, and I had contacted square trade, but their trouble shooting suggestions did not work. Then my warranty passed. After I wrote my review on Amazon, a Square Trade rep asked me to contact him, whom I just spoke to. Even though it is past the warranty date, because my initial inquiry was before the warranty passed, he is going to have my entire amount refunded that I paid for the GPS, after I send it to them…
