They do good repairs! I used these guys to cover something I purchased at amazon and when it broke, I sent it in for repair. I did have a problem getting them to correspond with me but when they finally did, everything got resolved, although not in a timely way. Not Sucker Bait, Just Smart Thanks to Samsung, I learned the hard and expensive way that extended warranties are a very good idea. Saved me from a botched warranty I’m extremely glad that I purchased their warranty. I purchased a certified refurbished Asus Note 8 about a year ago from eBay and my USB port straight up died, and Asus only offers 90 day warranty on their refurb products (ridiculous). Squaretrade didn’t ask much questions, and got my money back to use it towards a Surface 3 which I’m using to write this review. I would be out of a tablet if I hadn’t purchased their plan, so I’d recommend them if you’re dependent on electronics like I am!
