Don’t do it. I’ve spent the last few days getting the run-around… Bought this for a replacement projector bulb. Manufacturer warranty was 180 days (verified by Amazon seller). The bulb went out after about 7 months so I contacted SquareTrade to make a claim. Immediately received an email saying I was still under manufacturer warranty so they weren’t going to do anything about it. Contacted Amazon seller to verify warranty period was expired. Made a phone call to SquareTrade and was told to take a screenshot of the email and send it to them, which I did…

3 MONTHS AND STILL HASN’T RESPONDED BACK WITH A CONFIRMATION OF MY RECEIPT ! I sent them an email with the receipt from my product months ago in September ! I sent them the email so they can have my product on their database in case something goes wrong. Its November now and I still haven’t received a response from Square Trade.
