Square Trade sucks. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Square Trade’s customer service has really gone down hill. I would give them 0 stars but that isn’t possible … I would give them 0 stars but that isn’t possible. We had to file a claim which was a confusing process. They had very few options to chose from and no discriptions. If you choose the wrong one they deny your claim. I would never purchase this again and would strongly encourage others to avoid this “service.”
