Horrific customer service I have ever experienced The square trade protection plan customer service was horrible. Super easy process. Filed a claim with square-trade over a monitor we had bought in 2014. The screen on the monitor is starting to go out. The online service was great, after filling out the form on what was wrong with the product they said that we could possibly have to send it in and they would ship a box with us, if needed with a prepaid postage label. It seems as though they are just going to cut us a check for the cost of the monitor. Super easy process.
