I would never get this coverage unless i also get accidental coverage also. They omit that coverage so they have a way to cance These people are basically a scam. If you purchase this insurance, “make sure you also get extra ad-on accidental coverage” else they will figure out a way to not cover your problem. I have had a very hard time getting these people to cover my claim.And any “accidental coverage” (even an act of God) is NOT covered by this policy whatsoever, so they say. You have to purchase an additional policy for that coverage. Be warned…

Worthless – does not cover items defective on arrival DO NOT BUY. I received a defective router from Netgear, and Netgear’s replacement was also defective in the same way. (Their R7000P routers have buggy firmware.) Netgear will only replace with further defective items, and SquareTrade says they will not cover this because it was “defective on arrival”.

Not Happy With This Plan I bought this four year protection plan for a product. The product I was purchasing had a three year manufacturer’s warranty. The protection doesn’t start after the manufacturer’s warranty – it starts at the time of purchase. So, effectively, I was only purchasing one year of protection rather than four years of protection.
